see, i thought all cheese had lactose, which is the primary reason i thought i’d die! but now that i know that’s not the case, that’s good news. gluten is really good to give up though, so good luck!!
Hard cheese has less lactose in because it’s matured for longer. Yoghurts used to be okay because fermentation gets rid of some of the lactose. Low fat stuff is bad because the lactose percentage is higher. You live, you learn!
